2023 Rock Creek Property Owners Association Annual Meeting
Saturday, October 7th at 10:00am at the Clubhouse Restaurant
Check in will begin at 9:30am. The meeting will be held to act on the following matters:
- Report on the financial condition of the Association
- Report on the daily operations of the Association
- Election of directors
- Question and answers
To hold an official meeting, a quorum of 25% of the eligible votes must be represented in person or by proxy. It is important that your voice be heard at this meeting. Please submit your proxy as soon as possible. If you can attend the meeting, you may cast your own vote by reclaiming your proxy.
