Sand Beach

The Beach is proud to feature a sandy swim beach for the enjoyment of the resort community’s owners and our guests. The white sand beach extends from the parking area through the shoreline and into Possum Kingdom Lake.

New Waters

Test the waters with a myriad of swimming options. The Cliffs is home to not only picturesque pools and their premiere lounge areas, but a wonderful lake should you want to take a dip into nature.

There is no lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.

No pets are allowed in the pool area
No glass is allowed in the pool area
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Children not potty-trained must wear swim diapers
Guests must be accompanied by a resort owner
