Option A – first quarter, option B – second quarter, option C – third quarter and option D – fourth quarter. Use periods will rotate annually between the quarters specified when selecting the use period option. The initial selection is applicable only for the year the contract is signed. For example; the contract is signed in 2017 selecting option a (qtr. 1) the next year (2018) the use period rotates to quarter 2. Each quarter has thirteen weeks. Each owner will have exclusive use of the unit for one week in each selected quarter option.

The owner is also responsible for notifying all guests the rules and regulations of the unit and resort.
