POA maintenance fee dues must be current to utilize the amenities.

A use period is seven consecutive days. Use periods are grouped by quarters. Each owner selects a quarter option. Option A – first quarter, option B – second quarter, option C – third quarter and option D – fourth quarter. Use periods will rotate annually between the quarters specified when selecting the use period option. The initial selection is applicable only for the year the contract is signed. For example; the contract is signed in 2017 selecting option a (qtr. 1) the next year (2018) the use period rotates to quarter 2. Each quarter has thirteen weeks. Each owner will have exclusive use of the unit for one week in each selected quarter option.

A reservation may be requested six months before the first day of the usage quarter. All reservations are on a space-available, first-come first-serve basis.

The reservation agent will e-mail a confirmation notice. The reservation agent is required to confirm payment status on maintenance fees, council dues and note payments (if applicable) before confirming a reservation.

You may cancel your reservation, without loss of usage fee paid, 30 or more days before the arrival date by calling the reservations agent. For your protection, you may contact the reservation agent to confirm cancellation receipt and obtain a cancellation confirmation number.

Yes, you may rent or lend your use period by providing the reservation agent in writing the names of the guests before the arrival date. Persons under 21 years of age, shall not be permitted to use and occupy the unit unless accompanied by a permitted user over 21 years of age. The owner is responsible for the usage fee payment. The owner is also responsible for notifying all guests the rules and regulations of the unit and resort.

Yes, additional housekeeping services are available for $25.00 per day.

The usage fee for a weekday split is $120.00. The usage fee for a weekend split is $110.00.

Split week reservations are available six months before the first day of the usage quarter.
