Our goal is to provide you with excellent services, a fabulous treatment and a transformational experience. You can expect clarity, transparency and clear communication throughout your visit.
Because of the nature of a spa experience, we request that you silence cell phones when you enter the facility.
When you check in for your appointment, you will be escorted to a locker area. A robe and slippers will be provided. They are the appropriate wear around the spa. Your therapist will greet you in the rest area and accompany you to your treatment room. The therapist will step out to give you time to make yourself comfortable and undress to your level of comfort.
The State of Texas requires that we prepare intake forms. This information is valuable for the therapist and ensures your safety. Forms are absolutely confidential as is any information you share with the therapist.
Please avoid bringing valuables to the spa or leaving them in your locker.
The Spa at The Cliffs Resort offers therapeutic and rejuvenating facial and body care treatments. We also have a fitness center for your enjoyment. A spa receptionist will coordinate a spa experience specifically to your needs. We suggest you make your reservations as far in advance as possible due to limitations on select appointments. When scheduling your appointments, we request a credit card to hold your reservation. Spa attire is provided for you.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, a benefit to an enjoyable relaxing treatment. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment; therefore the treatment may not be as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next appointment will not be delayed. Thank you for your consideration.
A 24-hour notice of cancellation is appreciated for all single services. Multiple services or spa packages require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. If we do not receive a call, 100% of the payment for services not canceled in the time allotted will be charged.
